Sample Pack of Three Different Savory Biscottis
These Biscottis are are flavor-rich and intense, hand cut and twice baked the way grandma taught me, using only the best ingredients. They are a little softer because they are made with olive oil. Try serving as an appetizer with a soft cheese (ricotta or goat) and flavored honey (citrus, chestnut, etc.), topped with greens, or with wine, or as dessert with Granita.
